Open Position: Product Technicians in Santa Clara CA and Pasadena TX
Major Duties and Qualifications:
- Build, calibrate and repair gas detection products and accessories
- Fulfill, inspect and ship products ordered to customers
- Use computer and programs to make configuration changes and upgrade firmware on products
- Keep good records on parts used and orders fulfilled
- Respond to and follow up on tasks assigned and requests received
- Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally to develop a collaborative relationship
- Plan, carry out and support operational activities to agreed budgets and timescales with other team players
- Ability to work in a fast pace, multiple tasking and high growth environment
- Follow instructions in terms of details and quality
- Requires basic knowledge of electronics and test equipment, e.g., Digital Multimeter
- Associate degree in Electronics, Electrical, Chemistry or equivalent trainings

In order to grow our American business, we are looking for professional individuals who are passionate and energetic to develop and support channel partners in distributing our products. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for all the sales activities in your region. In this position, you will be reporting directly to our headquarters in Santa Clara, CA and/or our Pasadena, TX office.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing channel partners capable of distributing our gas detectors
- Visiting customers, sometimes together with our partners to show our products for customers’ applications
- Supporting our partners and distributors on their sales efforts
- Working closely with our marketing department: organizing exhibitions, identifying advertising opportunities and attending trade shows and events
- Conducting training sessions at conferences, at customer events in collaboration with the partner network
- Budgeting annual sales and expenses
- Reporting sales activities regularly
- Participating in business development
Requirements:
A minimum of three years of experience in selling portable gas detectors for industrial, commercial and governmental markets in the USA is required.
The working place for this position is either at our headquarters in Santa Clara, CA, or from our Product’s Center in Pasadena, TX. Working at your home office can also be considered.
Willingness to travel about 50 per cent of your time, mostly in your regions, but also a couple of trips per year to the headquarters or offsite meetings. You have the opportunity to influence your travelling schedules.
