Juanita Wilkerson serves as the Product Service Technician and Inventory Management Lead for the Texas Permian Basin at mPower Electronics. She assumed this role in August 2025 after transitioning from Outside Sales. With more than 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Juanita brings a well-rounded background in supply chain management, logistics, and sales.

What are you most excited about as you step into this new role as the Product Service Technician and Inventory Management Lead?

I’m excited about the opportunity to combine hands-on technical support with inventory and process management. This role allows me to ensure products are serviced accurately and efficiently while also improving inventory visibility, organization, and reliability. I enjoy being someone the team can depend on, whether that’s keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes, problem-solving in real time, or helping create systems that support long-term success.
