What are you most excited about as you step into this new role as the Application Engineer / Technical Support?
I’m genuinely excited about the learning curve ahead. Application Engineering touches so many different technical and customer-facing skills, and I see this as a chance to build real depth in both areas. Beyond my own growth, I want my contributions to translate into tangible value for the company — solving problems that move the business forward, not just checking tasks off a list.
What are you most looking forward to about working with such a wide range of customers and applications?
The variety is actually what draws me to this role. Every customer brings a different use case, a different set of constraints, and a different way of thinking about their problem — and that keeps the work intellectually engaging. I like that no two days look the same; it forces me to stay sharp, adapt quickly, and continuously expand my technical toolkit rather than settling into a routine.
What motivates you to continue to grow and evolve in your career?
I think of growth as a compounding process rather than a single leap — showing up consistently, being honest about where I can improve, and making steady, deliberate progress. That mindset keeps me motivated even when growth isn’t dramatic day to day, because I trust that consistent effort adds up to real capability over time.
