Santa Clara, California (May 12, 2024) – mPower Electronics, Inc., the global innovative manufacturer of gas detectors, announced the addition of Bobbie Lyn Smith as Director of Americas Operations. She is responsible for Customer Service, Order Management, RMAs, Distributor Programs, and the Servicing of mPower products and technologies in the Americas markets.
Prior to joining mPower Electronics Inc., she worked for manufacturers including Pulse Biosciences, SunPower, Honeywell, and RAE Systems in Sales Operations. Bobbie Lyn spent 11 years with RAE Systems as a Product Manager and as Director of Sales Operations where she led Customer Support, Insides Sales, Technical Support, RMAs, and managed distributor programs such as the Value-Added Distributor (VAD) and Co-Op Programs for the Americas markets.
